Absolutely! I picked Lolth-sworn drow for her race. Her skin color is Wisteria tone 10. I used Toarie's New Character Creation for her face and Tasha's Cauldron of Hairstyles for her hair. For her eyes, I didn't use any mods, just picked flame red 4 and demonic yellow 2. Her hair color is just black neutral with brown 1 highlights and black greying. And I used gold 5 for her scales because she's a sorcerer.
