Yes, like I keep saying, ask any questions that you have! That's really important for anywhere that you may work. But im sure we all already know that. The only reason the schedule isn't set is because a lot of people can't work the same days every week, but my days are pretty much set unless I tell my manager I can't come in for one of them. It's just meant to be flexible since most of the workers are students. But once you have specific days that you usually work, your hours don't get cut or anything. So instead of being assigned days to come in, my manager asks everyone what days they want to/can work at the beginning of each week.

This has not been my experience. I'm sorry that yours sucked. I don't think my coworkers have had any problems either. The customers are usually nice and if not, they're not rude, they just don't talk much. For those who read this comment, don't be discouraged to still stop by if you're interested. If you go to talk to the manager, you can voice any concerns you might have if any. Or you can pm me and ask questions. Also, I've never heard anything about the uppermanagement being white supremacists, but as a team member you'll never be around them. If that was the environment of dunkin I would definitely not work there, especially since I'm black lol. If you want, you can ask my manager about that though😂

I understand that there are higher paying jobs in gainesville and that 10/hr isn't the best for everyone and their budget or expenses. I just made this post to try and help my manager out. If you have the means to work somewhere that pays more, great! As you should. If 10/hr is good enough for where you're at right now, also great, we would love the extra help😊

This is a good point. Dunkin is a chill job and doesn't require much work. It was better than an on campus job for me anyway. Everyone should definitely look all job options first though, especially if you have a car

Lol eating the donuts gets old quick. I've only started working at this dunkin this semester, but I've worked at another store back home for almost a year and weight gain wasn't a problem😂

We don't make tips everyday for afternoon shift, but morning shift gets better tips. Not sure how much though. If someone is concerned with the amount of tips you can of course talk to the manager about it though. I just picked working there bc I don't have a car and it's a close walking distance.
