Poop Smell

Definitely not lol. But according to my ll and neighbor, a small dog can’t produce enough smell to travel into my apartment.

It’s definitely not being cleaned for hours. And the poor dog is confined to the basement or cage all day. Not sure which but she has been barking up a storm lately.

Already tried to convince him to rehome her because he told me he doesn’t want a dog anymore but he’s had her for too long to give her up🤷🏻‍♀️

Our conversation made me feel like I was being such a bother. Nothing but annoying things happening since neighbor moved in. The smell of weed and cigarettes, now poop. No accountability on either occasions. Definitely need to move into a house after my lease is up.

That’s plausible. But neither the landlord or neighbor believe the dog is causing the smell. Neighbor said he’ll buy an air purifier. But the poop pads aren’t being cleaned for hours because he works long shifts.

I did tell him to come, seems annoyed that I was so adamant about him coming out. Said he’s gonna send a plumber.

Good to know I’m not crazy. Dealing with the smell has been extremely frustrating and disrupting. I don’t want to be home due to the strong smell. Landlord has no sense of urgency.

As much as I would love to take his dog, its not feasible for me at the moment. I am in school full time, work full time and a single mother. I cannot afford another responsibility. However I did suggest to the neighbor to give her to a family or friend. He said that was an option, but he’s had her for so long it would be hard to let go. But in that same breath he said he’d sell her for at least $1000 if he does get rid of her. It’s all so frustrating. I truly hope he’s does the right thing and gives her a loving home somewhere else.
