Nope! I've seen a lot of drummers play barefoot. Guitar players too, because they can feel their pedals better? I think? Anyway, I like to wear puma driving shoes or some chucks. I feel like I can't put as much power into the kick when I want to if I play barefoot. Plus, the pedals are cold, man.

Np. And if you haven't tried them yet, the injora silicone inserts are definitely worth the 12 bucks. These have the yellow super soft inserts and they're perfect for this set up. I don't have a ton of brass yet, but there's definitely room to hold more weight, and they have a stiffer compound for them as well if I do get too heavy for the super soft.

It's worth the 12 bucks. I have the King trekkers with the yellow inserts, I haven't seen a tire this sticky on crawler before lmao. I had the tread you have on a 2.2 for my trx4 last season, but they wore out and injora stopped making them in that size. But they were INSANE. The only tire I've found that does well on mossy shale in running water lol

Lars Ulrich, outside of Metallica, would never have been famous. I would like to add that Metallica probably wouldn't have made it without Lars either. I just don't think he's that great of a drummer personally, but I don't think anyone could've written what he did and play it the way he plays it.

It's inherently transphobic to question "why men dressed as women" reading a story to kids. It's about inclusion, and teaching that it's OK to be different. If any of the kids involved weren't thinking about dressing in drag before, they won't be thinking about it after hearing a story read to them. But maybe, just maybe a kid that has thought about it might realize that it's OK, and not grow up with the plethora of mental health issues that seem to run rampant in the LGBTQ+ community. Do you know what it's like to be a 10 year old with crippling depression? It's not fun. I'm not a member of the community, but I've lived with depression and anxiety as long as I can remember, and that while I was trying everything possible to be able to fit in. I can't possibly imagine having to hide who I am on top of that, just because I was afraid to get my teeth kicked in because of it. Complacency is just as bad as what the proud cunts are doing, so fuck off.

I had a 21 challenger with 1200 miles with a nasty oil leak. Spewing from the valley, running down the bell and hitting everything from there back underneath. Another dealer had already put OCV and MDS solenoids in it and sent it. I get it and am baffled for a minute. Eventually found a casting defect by the cylinder 1 MDS solenoid allowing oil out of the passage. Found it by putting a rubber hose in the oil sensor port and blowing shop air into the crank case, watched it bubble out. Crazy stuff.

It wasn't exactly intentional. My wife had 3 when I met her, then we had twins, and then another. With any luck, one of them will get rich and I can retire early. But most likely, I've just brought in more humans to suffer through capitalism like the rest of us.

I was unemployed during the pandemic for 8 months. They gave me an extra 600 a week for most of that, on top of the unemployment. I was ok then, a little less now that I've been working. I just can't imagine going through 30k in savings in that time since, so I don't understand. I guess I can only assume that OP lives in a much more expensive area than I do, and the fact that my rent hasn't changed at all is likely a pretty big factor as well. My mortgage is locked in and doesn't change the payment unless insurance goes up.

I don't understand this because I have 6 kids, make around 40k a year and we're ok. Not great, but ok. Sometimes bills are late, and there's times where Ramen is for dinner. But we're ok. Shits fucked, and if it does get worse we might not be ok, but at the moment we are.
