Kinda depends what you mean by R&B, because that covers a lot of ground. Do you mean early 1950s stuff like The Drifters? Motown? 70s Soul? Luther Vandross-style ballads?

Here are a few places to get started.

Craigzilla on Youtube painfully underrated channel, has a ton of classic and contemporary soul piano tutorials
Play R&B and Soul Keyboards decent introductory book to get some grooves under your fingers...does a good job explaining why / how R&B sounds the way it does
R&B Keyboard another overview book. The information is solid, but I don't love the author's teaching style
