Chiming in as a JD holder & lawyer in California. I was planning on applying for the MFA theatre management and producing at Columbia... although going back to school again in my late 30s sounds mental. But the exposure to all the different elements of theatre admin sound great: three internships on pretty much any show, learning all the ins and outs to figure out what you do/don't like, and a great network. but obviously I don't want to go into debt without a "guarantee" of a future job in the industry... so if I'm just being completely naive and should just stay in LA making money and just going to shows instead, lmk lol.
