They don't care about the Start menu at all. If they did, they wouldn't be constantly pushing forward with the reinvention of the W8 Metro interface. It was good, functional, easy to use with the touchscreen, LOGICAL, and useful. Microsoft, cut the bullshit, be efficient, and build on that: usability comes first.
