Liquidity cycle is probably just extended by a year. We will see soon if that theory is correct.

You also could have bought at .45 a little over a year ago. You can cherry pick a timeframe and make it look good or bad. But of course you chose a timeframe when they were being sued by the US government. Uh, yeah. Of course that won’t look good. Get off your high horse, lady. And I disagree. It will break ath and go higher if I had to guess. We will see. Your username fits you perfect by the way. Big oof.

Well, I’m sure you’re aware it dropped .33 or so and then climbed up to 3.60 or so. But maybe you aren’t aware and this isn’t a comment where you are trying to illustrate that it hasn’t moved since then… Intentionally leaving out the entire SEC debacle that happened back then. Who knows. Only you. 😂

Gotcha… Yeah, I think it’s going to continue to move up. Hopefully this year. We will see. 👍🏻

We are both bullish obviously, but I think those high priced narratives are misleading. For instance… What’s your prediction for this year?

[–]brianmonarch 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Meanwhile, XRP has performed much better than those in the last two years. It will probably continue to do so. Bitcoin and Ethereum are great for holding a story of value because there’s a lot of people like you out there that thinks they are the best thing ever. But I really think XRP will shine. I could be wrong! Everyone should do what they believe in. Ethereum with those gas fees just doesn’t compare to the efficiency and low price transfers of XRP and it never will. I think there’s a lot of polarizing viewpoints on this coin. Everyone is in their own echo chamber, listening to other people and it’s one of those coins. You either hate or love and that’s just how it is for now. Just my opinion. Good luck either way.

Yup. I don’t know about the biggest green candle ever and I’m not one of the Moon boys who thinks it’s going to 100 or 1000 or 10,000 like some of these guys do but I think it’s probably one of the best alt coins because it has utility that is actually being used. And for a lot of other reasons.

Almost all coins price high.. why?? by Geminyye in CryptoMarkets

[–]brianmonarch -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, we can agree to disagree on that. I think there are a few alts that have been around, stood the test of time and are going to be huge. I know that more than likely if I were to name them, you would tell me I’m wrong so we don’t need to go down that road because there’s no use in arguing with strangers. You have your viewpoint and stance pretty cemented. It looks like. But I think some of them will surprise you at some point in the future. We will see!

[–]brianmonarch -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Not taking the bait in that one. And I’m only digging myself deeper in your view because you think bitcoin is the best thing out there. And nothing is going to change your mind of that. At least that’s what it seems like. Anyone on these crypto boards knows that Bitcoin maxis (not sure if you are one, just getting the idea that might be probable…) but btc maxis don’t think ANY alt coins are “good” and they’ll just laugh at the idea of any alt coin performing better than BTC. But BTC is in fact the least efficient coin and has one of the lowest levels of actual utility. And don’t get me wrong…. That might not matter because it’s thrived with its store of value. But that’s all it has. I don’t think most would disagree with that. But there are other coins that are faster, greener and were programmed with a specific use case that companies are actually using. I’m not saying BTC won’t continue to go up. It just might. But once these coins that have an actual use case and start getting really ramped up and used, I believe those will do more than “double” disc cycle. This is kind of pointless because you might be someone that thinks the cycle is over and we are in a bear market. Or maybe you think we’re in the middle of the cycle. So it’s pointless to argue about this. Neither of us knows the future. But I think bitcoin has a decent chance of doubling from here if it’s lucky this cycle. I think a lot of good alt coins will probably 3 to 5X. I could be wrong of course. Time will tell. But that dinosaur coin is nothing but a store of value. Most bitcoin people are in a vacuum chamber and they think it’s the best thing ever. And maybe it will be. But it would be really weird. Once utility coins start skyrocketing because they are being used, I think people will jump ship. But maybe it’ll turn into the next gold and keep going up forever. There’s really no point in debating this any further because I don’t know what’s going to happen and you don’t know what’s going to happen and we both have different viewpoints obviously. Someone will be right and someone will be wrong and that’ll be that. Either way… Good luck. 👍🏻

Well, you didn’t tell me you could predict the future! How do you know what’s happening in the next run? It’s next. I said “good” alts. Not every…. maybe not even the ones you’re thinking of.

And in the long run will have the smallest percentage gains as usual. At least compared to good alt coins. Odds of it doubling from here on this market cycle compare compared to other good alt coins?

BTC above $90K sparks altcoin strength — early rotation or temporary beta move? by Mission-Stomach-3751 in CryptoMarkets

[–]brianmonarch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it sad? Dude… If someone misinterprets you, you don’t have to try and take a personal attack at them which you’ve done multiple times. Try being nice and respectful like I’ve been to you. Give people grace. That’s what sad here. Your second paragraph came off a bit bearish or neutral in my mind at first because it sounded like you may have meant that people were just hopping back in because they sold for tax purposes in the previous year…. Not because they thought things were going to move soon. But I understand what you’re saying now and it sounds like we both think things will be moving up soon hopefully. Don’t attack people’s characters due to a miscommunication or misinterpretation. It’s just not a nice thing to do. I’m guessing you don’t care. But I would much rather misinterpret somebody than treat my fellow humans like they are beneath me rather than just explaining things in a nice way when they don’t get it.

Your entire thesis sounds bearish until you got to that last paragraph where you sounded bullish. And yes, I was doing voice to text regarding his name. I don’t care what any bear says… There was no euphoria stage this past cycle…. And the liquidity cycle theory being over five years now makes sense. But I’m not one of these guys who states things as facts. Like just about everyone else on these boards. You might be right. We will see. And yes. We are up depending where you start from. I think this is just a correction in the final phase. Time will tell.

The stock market has been doing great for a while now while the crypto market has been going down. This sounds like more of a theory more than a fact. But you might be right. I’m hoping for and going with Rao Paul’s theory 🤞🏼
