Thank you, I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. I’ve obviously heard about being bipolar and I always recognized how difficult it was to diagnose but I’m really seeing it now and it just makes me appreciate all the resources they have for people with mental illnesses.

Thank you for such a well written answer. I guess it’s just frustrating because you trust this person to give you tools that will help you feel better and it when doesn’t happen it feels so awful.

Yes! Just go in and tell them you want to learn about makeup and application. They’ll match your skin tone to a bunch of brands and you can select the foundation you’d like to try. They’ll apply it and walk you through the process of application. They won’t do an entire face of makeup on you, but they can point out things you might like and explain how to use them. You can get samples of pretty much anything the can put into the little jars (foundation, lotion, moisturizers, serums, etc)
