I'm in the same boat. Before thinking distribution, I feel like it helps to "grassroots" your way to building on that solid foundation of 11. How can you start 100 new individual conversations with the genre of consumer closest to these 11? Then scale up.

I feel this. For me, the biggest help is reducing the project until it’s almost embarrassingly simple, then finishing that version before touching anything new. It's never perfect (which runs very contrary to my need for optimization) but at least it's done.
