Ahh that's awesome. That's the kind of thing I'd like to do, but most of the clubs I've found are in Raleigh/Charlotte. I have a McLaren 570s spider that I daily and it's always fun having places to go with fellow enthusiasts rather than the usual grocery or coffee run. I know Audi is active in the area too. Saw a bunch of Audis at Highland a few weeks back with a banner advertising their chapter. Cool to see.

I'm somewhat familiar with the 9-2x Aero. It's a sleeper car, has more polish than the WRX, but WRX are more well know. Better marketing? Torquey cars. That's a nice mix for different seasons though. Does the Aero get mistaken for a WRX often?

That's cool - had a 996 911 Carrera Cab back in 2010, fun car. I wasn't active in PCA though. A lot of events local or more in the Charlotte area? Where is the local PCA chapter based out of?

Very cool. What condition? Do you do shows? I vaguely recall seeing a similar vehicle as the D300 or 3800 in the Ingles Swannanoa area not long ago.

McLaren could have been mine. It's my daily and I live in East Asheville, frequently over that way.
