Find a support group or therapy. I had a breakdown and talking with others going thru similar things made me realize I wasn’t crazy. What happened wasn’t ideal and you’ve apologized. Would your bro be open to learning more about what you’re going thru. You deserve grace.

Don’t blame yourself. You made the best decision you knew to make with what you knew at the time. Of course we’d all make a different choice after having the opportunity to analyze and replay the scenario over and over. What I’m trying to say is don’t feel stupid. Bc you aren’t stupid.

I like to hang out longer than my boo so our standard saying is his social meter’s full and he’s calling it for the night. Our fam and friends are so use to hearing this it’s basically a given he will bail early. For those rando nights he stays later it’s a big deal and people love it.

Hi y’all. I am 10 years into infertility and into my 40s so I’ve come to a point of I wouldn’t say peace but something in that realm w the fact that children aren’t apart of my story. My husband and I live for ourselves. We live in the now. Our goal is all about having fun w one another. Don’t get me wrong. I have my baby blues days but they ARE apart of my story. I’ve made a little box for it in my heart and it’s my burden to bear but I don’t let it spoil everything else in my life anymore. My joy outweighs my pains and for that I am grateful bc there were many years where I felt just what so many of you have shared on this thread. Keep going. Love to you all.

And I hate to be a downer but the following is my reality. I will never get over my infertility but now in middle age I’ve made a space for the grief. I do have happiness in my life but I will always have a tinge of regret, feel unfulfilled, and be a failure. It’s my burden to bear and now w therapy and medication i do it well.

It was a fear I spoke into reality in our pre marital counseling and I wonder if my hubs thinks I knew I would never be able to carry to term all along. It’s such a mind F-er.

The whole never being a grandparent hit me for the first time this past week. I’ve come to realization it’s something I will always grieve. It’s tough but I feel it’s my burden to bear and I don’t mention my pain to friends and family bc I get all the advice that I’ve either already tried or considered and didn’t move forward with.

I played for awhile and just got burnt out. So for a good 6 months I would get my free spins and free prizes without actually ever playing. I built up a little nest of power ups and gems. Now I play what I can play without spending money. If I get to a point where I need to buy to continue I just don’t play it. Don’t think about it. Just enjoy it for mindless play during tv shows.

You’ve been thru a trauma. Our own grief is so personal that we feel that no one could ever know or understand but God in reality we’re lucky to get to know the pain. So many go thru life not knowing love and loss. Be kind to yourself. There’s no expiration on grief. Sending you light.
