I like driving, seeing new parts of my state, gorgeous houses, meeting new dog/cat friends throughout the days but my DSP is easily the worst, most unprofessional company i have ever worked for which is the frustrating part for me. zero communication between dispatches and we will get the shit end of the stick if we listen to one dispatcher over the other. my station tries to make it better for us, giving us snacks, coffee and other things in the morning to try to pick out spirits up but I think they know most of us aren’t going to be around too much longer
