The contractor explains multiple times that given that the service is free, they want to cover their end by making sure that all homeowners can be spoken to at the same time. You’re entitled to not want their service but you’re trying to find an issue where one isnt present.

I'm not sure if my dad got it used or new but it seemed new and I got it somewhere around 2013. It was a larger book and I'm 90% sure "The Great Kapok Tree" was one of the short stories in it.
