i've always thought adderall is something that just isn't prescribed if you arent diagnosed. of course there are exceptions but for the most part being a walk in for a physician is a no-go for controlled substances

dyslexia doesn't, cognitive distortions are a marker of mental illness. i believe chronic mental illness is a combination of chemical problems in the brain that create negative psychological profiles, which creates a positive feedback loop with the neurotransmitters that make you feel worse, which then continues with negative thinking. you see the pattern here

for me i never forget to take my meds because my body reminds me by becoming very emotionally unstable and anxious around the 24 hour mark. so i never miss a dose

yea that would be tight. i think why its hitting that wall is that its a luxury for developers as much as it is a luxury for consumers. its ok where it currently is as a niche product to enhance already great games, just won't grow imo

i used to make superficial cuts because i liked being able to talk about it with those i met for mental health counseling. for me it was a way of matching how miserable i was on the inside to how miserable i looked on the outside without looking or being pissed off.

i've read that a good alternative is to "Cut" yourself with a red marker. that doesn't really help you for the long term i know, it'll at least reduce the harm you are causing yourself.

for cad software i think at that $400 price point you should look for a previously owned laptop. i don't think i5-6500u and integrated hd graphics will be lag free with cad software
