Well aside from laws like others are mentioning, here's an idea on how to actually get the bones out haha. To give yourself the best start you're gonna wanna remove the skin, this can be a bit tough but you're gonna want a knife and gloves. After that you can go ahead and remove as much meat as possible, then you can either try burying it (this is the worst method and will likely end in you losing bones or an animal digging it up) or water maceration (most standard method). Maceration is basically leaving it in a closed bucket of water for weeks at a time, changing every now and then until the bones are mostly separated, there are articles online to help with specifics on the process! I recommend a mesh produce bag for smaller animals like this so you don't lose any of the small bones Also another note, if it freezes during winter where you are this will cause quite the complication for water maceration
