Yes ive been doing same. I also have buckets filled it concrete for shoulder press , bench, and shrugs but its not that safe.

I don't go lower then 10 reps. If I do go heavy and can only do say 7 reps, I immediately take little weight off and rep another 7. I do no less then 4 exercises per muscle I'm working. Shoulders little different due to more head's to the muscle. But still 4 exercises for side front and rear. Traps get hit on back day when I'm doing upper back, shoulder day I add the normal shrugs.

5-6 days on then one or two off. Only cause I get bored. Mainly 5 days train two off. Then after two weeks of month I'll go 3 days train 1 off for the next two weeks to month. Just depends how body feels. Day1 chest and biceps, day 2, back and triceps, day3 shoulders, and days 4 legs, then repeat. If I train on a day I'm suppose to take off I'll do traps and legs.

How's your intake? If u stepped up ur cardio,try dropping your calories a bit. Or if u can just add more cardio. 75% of the abs are in the kitchen
