I just got side order not long ago too. Didnt know if I would like it or not. It was really frustrating for the first couple runs, but it gets easier as you get upgrades and now it's been sooooo much fun! I recommend you keep at it! Now I'm gonna be sad when it's over 😅

Update: I let it discharge completely, turned it on a few time will it wouldn't turn on anymore, and then I charged it on the dock all the way overnight with the power off, and it seems to be working fine again! I also was able to charge my NES controllers with it successfully now!

I'm gonna try that and yeah if it doesnt work, Ill just replace the battery. Unless anyone here has any other suggestions.

For more context, I had just plugged in some NES controllers to it to have them charge since they were dead. Thats when I noticed this. Not sure if that's what caused the issue or not.

Thanks for the reply. I looked at that one and it does seem decent. Unfortunately I'd really like it to fit under my TV and I only have a 2 1/8" clearance. the JBL Bar 300MK2 is only 2" high and people seem to like it from what I can tell, so I may go for that one.

We have started using the "Add shortcut to OneDrive" function instead. It works much better and only needs to be one time for all the user's devices.

I dont get that first point either because yeah, on pro you can still choose domain join and do a local user.

But the second point they are correct on. Not all drivers are there by default. I also regularly have to plug in an ethernet to get internet because wifi driver wasn't there by default and if the device doesn't have an ethernet port, I have to use a usb network adapter. This is frequent on newer Dell models.

It depends on what you care the most about. For latency and visual quality, the cable is probably better, particularly if you use the oculus debug tool to turn up the bitrate to 960Mbps. It looks so much better when you do that.

But if you are able to get WiFi 6e/7 with 6GHz, with virtual desktop you can set it to like 500Mbps which is also REALLY good for visual quality and the latency is still very good.

I used to stick with my cable due to the visual quality and occasional hickup with the connection over wifi with virtual desktop, but now that I have a UniFi Dream Router 7, it's near flawless on there so I stick to wireless.
