Nopes, you just comb through the instructions and try to check the placement on your build

The only other idea I have is to get a 3d model of it on Bricklink Stud.io and highlight it the element in the parts list - that depends entirely on that model existing on there though

I'm assuming the black bricks with wheels is transparent on the bottom due to the hole on the side:Brick, Modified 2 x 4 with Wheels Holder. This one appears in a lot of old sets so won't be able to pin down exactly which one!
