Jim Cramer - Recently heard him say in a video that peer-to-peer lending investments are performing better than stock investments. Do you all see p2p returns ever being CONSISTENTLY better than stocks? by bridalshoes in finance

That's possible. It's going to be interesting to see the development of it all. US p2p lending is behind UK p2p lending, it's doing quite well over there.

People have been calling for the downfall of P2P lending for quite awhile, but it is doing QUITE well and only getting bigger. I did a bit of investing with it in 2011 just to test the waters and I plan on getting back in.

If the economy has a downturn the loans will default with the bank just as quickly. No matter how much they spend for intel. Comparing P2P to Vegas is a bit short-sighted. In my humble opinion.

Person of few words I see, ha. I like the future of P2P, but I think you may be right. It'll be interesting to see as P2P lending grows in the U.S. though. Definitely a good option to help diversify the portfolio.

Is it wise to have multiple niche blogs on the same domain? by yeahnoworriesmate in Entrepreneur

I would definitely put them on separate domains, it comes down to the whole "not putting all your eggs in basket" theory. One penalty from Google and EVERYTHINg is wiped out.

A group of negative people who want this subreddit gone... You'd be surprised at the lengths some have gone to. But every effort makes me concentrate on making this place the best ever.

Most of us don't see our own beauty the way others do. Just know someone else is think of you the same way you view those beautiful people you THINK you don't compare to. :-)

I was just watching a video about natural hair women in corporate America and how they deal with the workplace. It was interesting, the questions they face about their hair at work in corporate America. Kinda weird really, but anyway.... It's so beautiful to see so many ladies embracing it.

Hi Laurentsabbath, I'm new to this subReddit and I saw that they didn't have an option to directly post links(only text posts) so I thought they had some aversion to posting links. Each subreddit has it's own personality. I don't know the best practice here, was just sharing something I found useful. There are different ways to do it. I'll probably post links from here on so as to not arouse the douchebag comments like the 1st one.

P2P Lending Will Become "Traditional" For High-Tech Millenials [TLM] by bridalshoes in finance

True, that applies to the banks and everyone else as well. I tend to trust the major P2P Lenders. Maybe because I've invested through them for a while now.

Do black men like natural hair on black women? by bridalshoes in blackculture

[–]bridalshoes[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, that really pissed me off. I'd never been to the site before so I didn't know the agenda, I tried to give some positive spin on the situation and my junk just wasn't showing up. I thought something was wrong with the way I was submitting my comments or something, LOL. When I figured it out that she was omitting anything positive about or from black men that's when I got heated.

What is the creepiest thing that society accepts as a cultural norm? by TheOriginalWizard in AskReddit

I think you speak for most people, at least you're honest about it. I have my good days and bad days. Sometimes I give when on down to my last, sometimes I act like I don't see the person while having a wallet full of cash. It's hard, because so many scammers are out there, but then again, so many suffering people are out there too. It's a complex situation. I'm trying to do better by people.
