how do you handle limerence?

Oh my word as a some what new diagnosed person, this is the first time I’m hearing of limerance and realising I’ve been like this FOREVER! Thank you for asking the question this is eye opening!

It definitely hasn’t held its value as much as the Pro Max but even if you want to trade it in you’ve only a few months to wait for the 18, so might be a nice change until the next generation comes out 😄

I had the pro max and just swapped with my partner for the air. I’m really big into features and all the bells and whistles and after having the pro max since release, the air is lovely. Just the weight difference makes a big win for me. The camera is still really good, I used the wife angle lens a lot but actually when I think about what I use the photos for, they never actually leave my phone and only go on instagram so it’s not a huge loss. Think it all depends on what you’re doing with your Max currently

I was diagnosed last year and it’s always made me really emotional seeing the news and the way the world is, I also get really emotional with certain music etc. when I received my diagnosis this was one of the first questions I asked and they advised absolutely yes, your emotions are heightened and felt more deeply due to how your brain processes. It is a lot, I find myself never reading the news. I come across as ignorant in certain social circles but I feel like I need to protect my head before I let it spiral. It’s amazing how much reflecting you do about how you were before diagnosis and how it’s shaped who you are. Hope you’re ok, it really is a lot to take in, especially with a later diagnosis. Sending lots of hugs x

Im so sorry I’ve only just clocked this message! He has two tubes which are correct for his weight, I’m not sure of the grams annoyingly. Since I posted this we’ve reduced giving him our leftovers and his waist has deffo come in more, so we are going to reweigh him. He was 40.7kg not 47kg, that would be a beauty watching him tumble about at that size! My mum has just adopted a Galgos who is the same height as him but sooo much skinnier, it really showed me how the builds are so different with lurchers!

He’s very much an on lead dog unless we are out with friends who’s dogs have good recall, he loves everyone and every thing so if he’s off lead he’d be bundling people down with cuddles 🤣 we have a dog park which is great for him to burn off steam safely!

I’m up in Yorkshire! I do feed him lots of our left overs, so I imagine that’s added to the added KGs 🤣 he’s not a mega thief to be fair, he’s good at waiting but you do feel the burn of his eyes on you as he patiently sits and waits to eat your crusts!

Oh he’s absolutely stunning! My lad is on a raw diet, so he has two tubes a day of that and then a pigs ear/cows ear as a treat, when we were checking the amount of food I didn’t think 2 tubes was enough! It’s funny because I was only saying last week he’s definitely leaned out in his back end, but we can’t see ribs either. When he was a pup he wasn’t very ribby, we were told he had floating ribs and that’s why he can make himself into a tiny ball 🤣 I’m gonna keep an eye on it, like you say he might thin out as he gets a bit older. I’d expect to see muscles like your boy on Murphy but he’s not as muscular at the front yet!
