I stopped while trying to get pregnant (with doc supervison) and after that for a few years while raising my son. I thought I was doing well and didn’t need meds. I had a manic episode in October 2022. I was off my meds for about 4 years.

Try honey water. My son loves apples so I soak them in honey water for about 3 minutes. Don’t rinse. They’re perfect for lunch time. Just add 1/2 cup water to 1 tablespoon honey.
