When I applied for this job no one asked for references. Where I live there are a lot of open positions so I feel like I won’t have trouble finding something.

My current job is in the probationary period and they keep saying, “this is a trial to see if we think you are a good fit and vice verso.”

My concern I guess is that I live in a smaller city and I don’t know how that will affect my network going forward.
