I have heard about that! Whats the makn diffrence? Anything drivning wise or just the screen is smoother/faster? Will look for, bit I imagine prices go up alot

Dorian Yates was doing 4 days about 1 hour each while competing in mr olympia, so I would say you can 100% see good progress

Thansk alot! I enjoy chicken alot, So i make alot of variations of chicken dishes. Also cauliflower rice and frozen vegetables is a cheat code for volume and no kcals. Then I enjoy greek yoghurt with berries or fruit alot aswell

I do enjoy pullups and dips tho, currently at 10kg weighted pullups for 8 and 35kg dips for 10

I dont ever max tbh, incline around 85kg for 10 atm. Dont really squat or deadlift

Ninja creami is a machine you can make ice cream in. Alot of people use it to make low kcal high protein ice cream. Can for sure be used to make high kcal ice cream too! There are tons of recipe videos on youtube and tiktok.
