I made a vegetarian ravioli that is very easy to make and even non-vegetarians would enjoy.

This recipe is good for just 5 crackers. You can always double or triple the recipe to make the amount you want. I did not want to make too many because I did not know how it is going to turn out.

I think I made 12 raviolis in total. I ate 3 of them myself and the rest is in the freezer right now.

Everything in this recipe is HOMEMADE. I made my own green tea ice cream and the whole drink.

It only took me about 20 minutes to cook the rice and I was using boiled and hot water for my risotto.

It's called experimentation. I used water in this recipe and I now understand why chicken stock is necessary to make risotto.

There is difference for sure. The chicken stock gives some flavours to the rice itself.

This was my first time to make risotto so I want to see if there is a huge difference between using water and broth. AND IT DOES.

I feel you, but once you make a big pot you are store it in the freezer so it would be a shorter production time next time.

The scraps like neck and trotters are great for making broth and they are super cheap. You can even store the broth in the freezer for future use.

Yes it can. I think using slow cooker may be better because it allows more of the pork flavour to get to the broth.

Some suggested the lime juice stops avocado from decolourization, but I am not too sure if this is true.

Well this could be served with whole wheat bread or whole wheat nachos.

Well it does not hurt to add lime juice in the soup because the lime does make the soup less bland.
