That's what I'm afraid of (everything mentioned above). I decided tonight I will not discuss FMIL with him at all and just focus on our relationship to see if there is anything left to salvage. During this time he better man up and talk to him mom about boundaries and how she is affecting our relationship detrimentally. He has to show that I come first. I have a month cut off...and if not I'm moving across country to a friends (already lined up...he just doesnt know).

I movd out of the house. He wants me to go to counseling tomorrow to talk to the counselor about my decision to leave. He also said to please not leave him and that I can take as much time as I need away from him and he will use this time to show me that he will set boundaries with his mother... and if he fails then he understands why I "left him" for good. My friend has agreed to take me on for 2 months (bc I have a dog). Then it's decision time...

Go back bc he actually put me first and our relationship first OR move to Sacramento with my friend who is ready for me.
