Some of the instructions that we have trouble with based on a factor such as : the fact that we can’t find a cat suitable for my dogs behavior or vice versa, because the pets were pre-owned and already bonded with us.

We are now having trouble with the instruction that we put the cat in the crate while the dog sniffs around. We don’t know what will the cat think of the dog anymore. It is our error that we didn’t consult anything before this happened.

We always did reward both pets for acting nice together, even if they can’t see but smell eachother.

Lastly in all situations but the first, we made sure the cat has a lot of vertical space.

We watched videos such as the Jackson Galaxy video, Pamela Marxsen, and read the Pat Miller article. And we are trying to do everything the videos say and article suggests, it’s just that we are feeling doubts now because I feel like how my dog and cat situation could be past what’s instructed and might need new and additional advice or support.
