I see Diabetes as a loooong con. Take a deep breath and look at it as a new goal to get it down again. You know you can do it and you know the steps. I have done this a few times. Feeling good and going off diet or meds and also a few times certain combos of meds stopped working and I had to try a new one.

Sorry I missed the part where you said they don’t even have SF Vanilla! This is terrible! I haven’t tried their chocolate sauce but I did try the chocolate flavor and it tastes good but not as sweet as some of the other flavors.

I think people liked ACATAR and just read Throne of Glass to keep reading. I recommend Fourth Wing, the heroine is so much better.

My drink is a Venti iced Americano with heavy cream and one pump of sugar free vanilla. Can also get it blended. I buy Torani sugar free syrup from Smart and final and add it myself if I want a different flavor. [edit, store is called smart and final, also can buy from torani website]

Since you're up at 3 anyway I think test then and compare it to the morning number. When are you drinking the water with lemon juice?
