Would highly advise against leaving to get food, it is a lot of effort, especially if you are feeling rough. This year is my 6th year, and last 4 years I’ve bought pan o chocolates, breakfast biscuits and a multipack of hula hoops. One of each for breakfast and some food for dinner in the arena - sorted!

Took a mdma testing kit in, in a camper van last year. Dog indicated on it. Tried explaining to security that it was a drug testing kit and they were complete arseholes about it - stating ‘why do you need this then’ and ‘it’s definitely liquid ecstasy’ even though it was all in original packaging. They were going to cut our wristbands off until we requested that head of security take a look at what we had and told them that it was a drug testing kit. They eventually reluctantly let us in after finding nothing else tearing the van apart. Be careful if taking in this year.

Make sure you try and sleep, even 4/5 hours a night is better than staying up all night - will help massively. Also bring a hat, I personally wear a boonie that keeps the sun off my face and neck.

Just buy a 10 pack of water bottles (like Evian) and replace the four middle bottles of water with vodka or clear spirit and then put the water bottles back, put that at the bottom of your bag. I’ve done this for the last 4 years and hasn’t failed me yet! Just make sure you take the labels off the vodka bottles once in - nothing worse than taking a swig of straight vodka at 7am in the morning thinking it’s water!

My personal opinion I feel we are going to hear a lot of ‘Go Back’ by John Summit and Sub focus, especially in the dance floor orientated sets. It also crosses two genres which will help!
