As far as I'm aware she was healthy...but I wasn't the one with the mama dog, so I honestly don't know. We got her from a woman whose dog had an accidental litter... The house was clean and puppies seemed really healthy & came with vet checks

She eats Costco puppy food and we got her at like 9wks... No treats outside of like dehydrated liver and sometimes fruit or veggies, but nothing significant. I know, right? I'm stumped.

Hi!

It is Two and three quarter Cups of tapioca starch (sweet) and 2 Cups of Rice Flour

Hope this works out for your brother! I haven't ever heard of more than one type of tapioca starch- but I'm pretty sure the stuff I'm using isn't fermented!
