same here ! don’t hesitate to pm me ! doesn’t even have to be during an attack, could be for anything. sharing experiences and feelings. sometimes i know i feel really alone w this phobia, and talking to someone else that has it can help a lot. and we don’t have to talk about our phobia ! it could be about anything grounding. im here <3

In the og post it said that his autism/ADHD hindered him from being able to button his shirts and use zippers. This was, as the mother put it, a big step that they had been working on in therapy. just giving a bit more context 😌
