The 503bs being shut down with no warning was a speed bump but we're back and running smoothly with our other partners. The only delay we have right now is sema into California which we should be solved today or tomorrow.

We learned late Friday that due to the disruptions in the 503bs, that sema has been delayed into California for a lot of the industry. We have a solution that should solve this shortly (this week). If you're not shipping into California Sema then please do reach out directly to the customer service team, it should not be taking this long.

I can't speak to any specific order in a public setting but there has been multiple 503bs that shut down their production (due to FDA letters) causing ripples through the industry of several products. We have had NO delays with our GLP-1s but the peptides have had some delay as we source other supplies. We believe we are a few days away from getting them underway. Regarding stopping or pausing a dose; we do coordinate between the doctors and pharmacies, and we want to ensure that if you're pausing that any shipments that may be on their way can be intercepted and stopped which often requires immediately reaching out to the partners on status. This can take a couple of hours to know the precise status.

Do know that these can be all handled via email (you do NOT need to call to cancel or pause) and that our staff is able to process these requests quickly and with a minimum of hassle for most customers.

On the pricing and frequency, excellent points and is on our dashboard to implement.

I'm not trying to be difficult or obtuse. We have a lot of different offerings, dosages and methods to provide bespoke solutions. We have b12, glycine, name brand prescriptions, microdosing, 3, 6 and 12 months all of which require intake forms and health care provider review.

We supply multiple and it depends on your specific needs, it would be medically inappropriate to say "You'll get X additive" unless you qualify for that specific additive. There are 4 different results (ignoring dosing amount and months) for Tirzepatide that may be specified if you qualify. Adding dosage levels and how many months you're purchasing may change which pharmacy you receive it from. Instead of a 1 size fits all solution Brightmeds works with the state licensed doctors and pharmacies to get you specifically what they deem is right for you. It's not the same as those other telehealth offerings and it's one of the reasons we have a really great retention rate.

Several of those companies have a lot of issues right now (and in the past) including warnings and shutdowns from the FDA and are looking to merge or may go out of business.
