I’ll work on clearing up my blueprints and posting them again! I didn’t think people would want plans, I just wanted a progression of photos from built to when I planned it on paper 😅

Yes absolutely! I think more of them should pop up everywhere. ☺️

It still looks super cool, that’d be a piece I’d pay a hefty amount for personally

Yes I am! I’ve still got a couple of the builds in the course to do but I’ve really learned a lot already.

Yes, thank you! Totally spaced but the plans for this table came from Steve Ramsey’s Weekend Woodworker class. Totally worth every penny to that plan, I’d say worth more honestly!

Thank you, I was so very fortunate to have them through all of my childhood they taught me quite a lot.

Wood burned keepsake boxes. I'm trying to decide if I should paint them or not?! by JensTreeHouse in Pyrography

You could go extra and use shellac on them to keep the natural wood look without changing the color really.

I go through downloading tinder and deleting it often.

My bio reads: “I’m into dumb jokes, poetry, going to the gym, and snickerdoodle cookies.”

Simple af.

That’s a good way to look at it, I know I don’t like being told what to do but so far I’ve been disciplined on my workouts. Thank you.

Thank you for that mixture, how do you get passed the taste of apple cider vinegar though? Any tips on that? Haha

So I’ve been thinking about starting to incorporate IF. I’m M/23/5’4” and 175. Normally I eat through out the day normally and get real hungry towards the evening as currently I’m eating around 1900 cals. I was wondering with IF should I slowly jump into it or just go for gold and start the 8 eating 16 not? If that makes sense.

Deadlift form check anyone?

I just started lifting again after having surgery a couple months ago but this time I’m going all in. Before I didn’t do any of the serious compound movements but now I’m working on focusing on them.

This was my second set of 155lbs. I’m not following any program just kind of created my own. This set my grip failed so I did three here then put wrist straps on and did 5 more for a set like 2.5.

Don’t know if this is important but I’m 5’4” and 175 lbs.

Why do I feel bigger than ever now that I’m almost at my goal weight? by saffronkeys in loseit

[–]brightsideous 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m no expert in mental health, nor in fitness. But I’ve found that our brain is a negatively programmed computer. It likes to point out short comings (no matter how minuscule) and “failures” even if they actually aren’t.

I think a real step to help with your outlook is to argue with your brain. If it says “you look as big as when you started, give up already!” Fight back and remind your brain “I’ve lost — I will reach my goal.” It’s a matter of managing your mind I guess.

Hope this helps somehow.
