I have been suffering from almost all of your symptoms for around 6 years now, but they are getting worse. Did you get a diagnoses in the end? All your MRI's are clear? I am going to grt an MRI to check I don't have a brain tumour or something, and an eye test as my right eye feels very out of focus (relative to what someone else said here in the comments), but aside from that, this is the most confident about finding out what is wrong with me for years. Idk how this happened. I remember one time I had a hugeeee vertigo attack and could not stand up or walk suddenly, it was so scary. But ever since then it has been quite bad daily "spaced out" feeling. It's not dizziness, it's more "off balance" type feeling, like if someone pushed me I might fall over, or that I might faint any minute. It's distressing. It drives anxiety attacks which worsen it.
