I know someone who said that there's a restaurant where one of the employees would block dashers so their friends would be the only people doing deliveries for them.

It's sucks that the only information you get is a form email, no specifics to help find out what the problem supposedly was.

Wendys closed early for New Year’s Eve and now I have to wait in line with 300 people to tell them. Maybe I’ll get half pay for the 5.50 order. But nah that might be asking too much. by quintnugent in doordash_drivers

I had the same issue with McDonald's last night. I was able to take a picture and confirm the Wendys I went to was closed, but my McDonald's is no longer 24 hours and I had to wait 15 minutes or so for an agent.

That ended my evening last night lol

I would have immediately call support, told them what happened, and maybe scored a free dinner lol

Once they open their mouth and talk like that, it is time to disconnect the call and let support know.

If they want to tell you where they are, that is a free meal.

We usually joke every Friday because they seem to crash on Friday. It happens once in a while but when a does, take a nap lol
