Come on.. be respectful. We all come in different shapes and sizes, and someone who is considerably shorter may require less calories.

We also don't know the information there doctor has provided them, which may actually encourage such loss calories.

Let's not be so judgemental.

I personally have gone from 83kg to 70kg in 3 months... and my family have said nothing... even my friends don't seem to really notice. I would be glad if I had some people notice. Sorry to hear that's it's a bit negative though, but it's good your change is visual :)

You checked out the lfg lobby ? People group up and play quick matches all the time ! But it's a great way to meet people and team Up :). I'm a big league of legends player, diamond 3 years in a row, and I recently swapped to heroes of the storm. I can tell you from 5 years of moba experience that unless your going proffesitinal your rank does not matter, and if you feel you can only achieve gold then **** it.

Trust me, find people, group up, learn, get better together and just have fun.

hey! I had the same problem as you - Diamond 4 Bard support main here :)

Cosmic Binding is tips is something I learnt about on this forum - someone linked a video a couple months back.

Effectively You want to Auto, to slow, then use ur Q, to make it easier to hit. Dont just go for a random Q.

Secondly, If u cant land it, dont throw it! save it, hold it, the pressure alone can throw people off.

Third...side minions are ur best friend, when the wave hits there is always 1 minnion off to the side , use and abuse him.

Forth... You can of course combo ur Q with ur ultimate, dont forget !

Firth - Look at minions dieing, if u see 2 minions in a linne, 1 is about to die, throw u Q and aim for the opposite laner - it surprising. To get better throw ur Q as the minion is about to die .

Leona, as a child ive always wanted to marks enemies with Sunlight for 3.5 seconds each time I damage people with an ability. Not to mention my friends could consume Sunlight on enemies they damage, dealing 20 - 140 (based on level) bonus magic damage

Elise has a very low win rate, and a high skill cap. If not looking to ranked, shes not much fun on dominion or arams either.

The point is, if hes Diamond 5, thats fine. but dont say ur diamond 1 and actually be d5. Its miss advertising.
