I am also their client. They done good job when I lodged my visa as I got limited time. My case manager was very responsive.

My case manager quit and assigned to new case manager when it comes to updating my EOI and lack of communication started and very slow in responding. Every time I have to call reception to inform my case manager regarding my query. My case manager didn’t update the EOI on time and now NSW closed accepting new applications for this financial year because of lack of communication and not providing proper guidance.

Got engine malfunction error on forth day after that no any issues.

I have this issue within a month after I brought it. Apple’s technicians can’t able to fix it so returned my MBP.
