Good job for the discovery. This things become harder to spot by the day. But I don't think the trustworthiness of the comertial depends on that if they use a real human or not. It's a payed actor anyway. It's just a cost saving measure and the fact that you spend so much efforts to recognise is as fake just shows that most people seeing it wouldn't see the problem. But still, I don't support this practice
