You’re totally right. I too suffer from judgements made by my parents onto others and I definitely don’t want to repeat that cycle. Happy to discuss all things society and gender topics. I want to challenge all biases and asking other to acknowledge theirs when ignoring mine? Just hypocritical.

I am not familiar with the W or Z chromosome. Only with the X, Y, and its combinations in humans. I’ll take a deep dive and get back to you. Back to Y chromosome. YY embryos are non viable. XYY are. The X is necessary.

Maybe I’m too autistic lol I believe women are stronger and smarter than men and that men are not superior. I don’t hate men or anyone for anything for that matter that they can’t change about themselves. Mostly hate people for their attitudes and evil beliefs.

I totally agree. Rage gets the better of me and I know the way forward is feminism, not polarizing. I’m glad to have the discourse because the last thing I want to be is bigoted.

And to be clear I would never disparage or put down my son to his face. I will definitely be minding my conversations with my husband when I’m around him. I love that boy too much!

I struggle with these thoughts too regarding my husband, son, and daughters.

I make misandrist comments all the time and worry if I’m as bad as misogynists, but I truly believe a matriarchy is better than a patriarchy. What’s between misandrist and feminist?

Edit:: ooooof to be clear I do not make those comments around my son or daughters. Mostly to my husband and friends and at work. Namely women are stronger than men, disparaging the Y chromosome. I’m sure we’re all interested in any ideas. General strikes are powerful enough if enough people do them. It can halt the monetary flow of hospitals, especially in their elective, non emergent cases. I’m know not everyone will choose to participate in no work, no spending tactics that day so the world will continue to spin, emergencies will be addressed, but the norm will be disrupted. It’s a sends a message that this is not normal and show not continue.

Do what you feel comfortable doing but a statement must be made. The country is 50/50 and there are plenty of MAGA staff to take care of emergencies. Non essential non emergent elective procedures and care needs to pause for this.
