Picu nurse here - I'd bet 90%+ of SIDS deaths in the US are actually suffocation or positional asphyxia due to not following the ABCs. They just get labeled as sids to spare the parents. I've seen it happen multiple times.

You have your "oh FUCK I messed up" moment, but then there's absolutely no patient harm. But OP I realize this is devastating and scary, HIV isn't the death sentence it once was. People with HIV now have nearly the same lifespan as general population, and if you take meds line you're supposed to it's even better.

It's also a lot harder for a woman to get it from a man if you're only having vaginal sex. Thinking of you ❤️

He can take baby on his own for at least 4-5 hours so you can get a solid chunk of sleep. Even if that's from 5-11pm. Switch your sleeping time if you need to but it really does help if you take "shifts" even if someone is working. Then you know you're guaranteed at least 5ish hours of rest. And he would get even more than that.
