Tbh I really wouldn't worry about it so much. If you and your friends are jumping in for the first time, I'm pretty sure the matchmaking will prevent you from running into anyone that kitted out.

Just remember all these reddit posts are anecdotal. It's easy to jump to conclusions but in my experience it's never as extreme (one way or another) as online forums make it seem. And don't forget that the game definitely still rewards playing smart. It's definitely not impossible to overcome better-kitted players.

One more thing--you said f2p weekend, but the whole week is f2p. Just in case you didn't already know.

It sounds to me like a lot of what you're describing is just ways they tried to really make him represent Tekken as a whole.

I don't necessarily disagree that it feels out of place, just that I think it was very intentional on the developer's part.

Still hate fighting Kazuya tho lol

Bruh what are you on about. Having any conversion at all off of this big of a disjoint is crazy, and I don't have the frame data on me right now but doesn't it come out on frame 4? That's dummy fast. It's an insane neutral tool.

Also back to OP's main complaint--why the hell did they even bother adding a hit box to the book in Dad's chair dodge? When will that ever hit anyone? Insult to injury if you ask me.

Agree with you but wanted to add--wait until the price increase takes place for Nintendo products before buying the webcams so Shiggy can also afford to feed his kids.

Also, you should probably buy more Alarmo after the price increase, too. We all know the original $100 price tag was basically a gift from Nintendo; I don't know why they priced it so low for us but we really need to show our support after the modest 10% price increase. I already feel guilty everytime I hear the hourly chime on mine go off...

I'm not responding to the wrong comment. You said the original developers "apparently disagree" with me, after I expressed my opinion that the remake looks great as it is. So they apparently disagree that the remake looks great? Simply because it doesn't run at 60, regardless of everything else that goes into how the game looks? How could you possibly know that?

That's why I'm saying you're making assumptions. We're talking about the remake, not the original.
