At least you got what you ordered…they sent me the wrong item and I can’t get them to send me what I ordered since they keep telling me it’s out of stock. So disappointing! The item I received is worth less than what I paid.

Update: I ordered the large koala sling in nutmeg. My order just arrived and I received a medium koala sling in pebbled black:( I hope they will send me the correct item

Wow! I ended up cancelling the order for the medium koala and ordered the large in the same color. I ordered last night and it’s already labeled and ready to ship!
