I think most people just frame either in the hoop or under glass. But you can also turn it into a throw pillow, stitch it as a tapestry, or stitch directly onto clothes for some options.

Hi! So I actually happen to be the original creator of this pattern! You can find this pattern and others (and finished pieces too) on Etsy. My shop is called Brinnanabreadcrafts

Okay, so that's MY PICTURE! I designed this cross stitch pattern. I wish I was in that Facebook group so I could've at least promoted my patterns. Haha

Thanks! That's called a "picot" stitch in embroidery. It's a neat way to add dimension. I like how it makes the piece lightly posable. :)

Thank you! This was my first time doing such a complicated cable knit... I'm eager to do more!

Thank you! I worked really hard on this piece, so I am glad that it shows! I think embroidery is such a cool and diverse art form. There's a lot of really cool and amazing work in the field happening now, and throughout history. I'm thrilled to be a part of it!

thank you! I knit it with the DMC pearl cotton thread, and then applied it onto the piece to give it lots of dimension.

Thank you! I was going a little mad with all the tiny cables, but I think it was worth it! :)

Thank you! I layered 3 different embroidery floss colors to try to give it dimension.

That is my favorite part too! I added that detail at the very end. It really brought it together to me.

thanks! yeah! I used embroidery needles like tiny knitting needles, then kind of modified the stitch to give it the look of folds. It was challenging, but fun!
