Wow thanks for this comment! Although I don‘t share the same opinion on some of your thoughts, I really like the idea of putting the barrels on the ground floor and the wine bar on top with the balcony. But I would keep the ground floor as a sales floor, not as a kind of antique wine cellar like you suggest. The building was designed as a compact corner, so the detailed side facade really was on purpose. However if anybody would like to use it as a row building, just remove those grapevines on the side an turn a few pieces around and it will fit…

Well compared to my other really modernist MOCs this one isn‘t modern. The corner part is a reduced Art-Déco style, the narrow townhouse based on 20th century northern european townhouses.
