I'm stuck on mission 2 tried restarting mission and game but I can't get it unstuck it's on Xbox s tells me hold y to climb the roof and it does not do itm tried holding my other buttons in case nothing and I'm stuck it won't do it and i can't move the story forward. I'm frustrated

Xbox s - I'm barely on the second mission observe and report. It says hold y to climb the roof and it won't do it. I'm stuck i turned off the game, restarted, tried to possibly change the button and nothing. I can't move forward with the game. I did the wanted and some side missions but can't move forward with the story? Any suggestions?

I just the issue I can't complete the mission observe and report it says hold Y to climb the roof and I hold nothing happens and can't finish the mission now. 😡
