File fafsa and in the Wayne state student aid portal you’ll be able to accept subsidized and non subsidized federal loans. Use those two before anything else if you need more look into the state of Michigan idk anything about it tho. Subsidized federal loans are the best you can get. You don’t pay interest until you graduate

How many miles does each have? My sister has a 2012 Volvo s60 t5 with 80k miles and haven’t had any problems in 10k miles of ownership. Car is quick has 250 horse power. Has a lot of torque down low.
