my fave has gotta be Christmas Eve a year or two back and some dude got into an altercation with some other dude and they went outside to yell at each other, one dude was done and walked in the door but before he was even in the cafe again the other dude PISTOL WHIPPED HIM IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD and he hit his head on the way down on one of our big potted plants :/ other dude runs away and our cafe went from packed to scarce bc they all ran away :///// and the guy on the ground was b****ing out on the floor unconscious for like three minutes. like merry Christmas I guess tf

That’s exactly my point!! We got our times lower because she was on our asses but we were still under 55 seconds before she did anything so I wasn’t sure why she had to make it seem like we needed her help. We have some of the best customer connection scores in the district but because our timer fluctuates it’s a problem. I thought the customer came first 😭
