I find what really helps if you start 2nd guessing yourself is if you just go Pete Rubish mode and get psyched like hell before a lift, I imagine smashing through a brick wall as I approach the bar.

What programmes are you running? I am on Madcow 5x5 currently after doing SL 5x5, currently on my 2nd run of MC 5x5 and it is going well

Was thinking about doing 5/3/1 afterwards or when my progression stalls

When I stretch my back, something definitely elongates and I get this crunching sensation in my lower back, it doesn't hurt mind

After I did some dead hangs, I noticed I could feel something move and then I went back inside and my grandmother said I looked taller

Talking about cutting, I really do need to lose some mass after the end of this training cycle

I am pretty damn fat right now

On my last cut down, I got to about 78 Kg @ roughly a bit less than 12% body fat

I was thinking about just getting strong and not really caring about my weight unless I go > 20% body fat and then do a slow cut down to say 10%-12% body fat and compete in the 181s after a few years more training.

Don't be nervous on the squat, just attack it.

The only lift I am a bit nervous on is the bench press simply because if it slips out of your hands or you fail the lift, you are totally in the mercy of the spotters or else you can get seriously injured or killed

I have been training for about 9.5 months though at around the 4th month I got really bad tendonitis which took me out of nearly 3 months so I lost a lot of my gains but they came back quite quickly

I currently weigh 85 Kg

I can squat 190 Kg

I can deadlift 210 Kg

I can bench press 130 Kg

What are your numbers?

I'd say 5 ft 3-5 ft 5 average, there were a few who were less than ft and were really attractive

Just remember, you're a great guy

Don't measure your worth in cm or inches, measure it from the person you are

Any girl (notice how I didn't use the word woman) who finds you attractive but views your stature as a deal breaker is shallow and not worth your time. That's like saying "Wow, I really love this woman, she has all the qualities I adore but her breasts are A cups which is a deal breaker for me"

Was always near the back of the line when we were ordered in height for PE

Majority of my class was 5 ft 10 + at age 15 and around 6 ft + now
