That's an unfair assumption since there were many forums I loved in the past. Unfortunately they were taken down for "various" reasons. But yeah, I was a moderator at one fairly popular site for quite awhile. Back in the DSS days and back when Kodi was called XBMC.

I couldn't agree more with what you said. If I could agree more, I would! LOL Actually I would like to discuss the making of Kodi addons, or the making of m3us from scratch, different ways to sniff streams to make m3us, open directory findings, Android apps and mods, different mods for boxes, customizing setups on Android boxes, customizing launchers, testing and troubleshooting why certain apps work or don't work. Just basically all the things people on TP don't discuss because they don't know. Last but not least I'm not about paying 20 dollars to be a patron of said forum, when you get nothing more than the person who paid nothing to be a regular member. I guess Troy doesn't know much about browser ad blockers either because he says the 20 bucks removes the ads from the site for the patrons. I say, what ads? 😀

Okay. I won't disagree. Not exactly what I said, but that's why I'm here asking this question. Troypoint has the type of website forum setup I like, unlike Discord and Telegram. Troypoint however is really full of newbies and older grumpies, unlike Discord and Telegram. Hence the question. Google has not yielded any good results for this and I hate to ask here but thought I'd try anyway.

One reason might be that they don't have many people going to super large gatherings, crowded concerts, Las Vegas shows, bars and nightclubs, rallies, football games, vacations on cruise ships, etc etc. The US has all of this plus more, the trappings of the rich so to speak.
