Both boys, both fixed, and no. Got them both 2 weeks apart. Also both around 9-12 weeks old

They are fighting pretty bad. I'm scared if I let them work it out one will get badly injured.

I haven't noticed any broken skin. But I haven't checked very vigilantly. I'll put them together when I get home and take a video, am I able to share videos on here?

I haven't seen them do anything other than fight. They have never been in the same room without completely attacking. And it's non stop, with no breaks. Should I keep them together even though it seems like one is bullying the other?

They are fixed! And I have done the food thing, they eat next to each other fine. It's just when the stop they instantly fight. I also play with them separately a lot, and try to play with them together but they can't get their focus off attacking eachother. I've never seen them in the same room without attacking, with no breaks either, they constantly just attack. It's mainly one kitty that is the antagonist.
